Fun questions, serious data
No blunt "rate your shift 1–5". Glow asks themed questions that fit your world, like a restaurant's "How was your shift? Rare / Medium / Well done / Overdone". Behind the scenes each answer maps to one of five measures: sleep, energy, calm, nutrition and exercise.

A simple web dashboard and staff display show group results, sick and late notices and shift confirmations.
