Does it track location?

No. Glow is for communication and wellbeing, not tracking.

Can supervisors see who hasn't confirmed?

Yes. Unconfirmed shifts are flagged.

Is Glow POPIA compliant?

Glow is built for POPIA: consent first, anonymous pulse results, and the right to opt out by replying STOP.

Do staff need to install anything?

No. Glow runs inside normal WhatsApp.
