Halogenius AI (Pty) Ltd ("we") is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Name, phone/WhatsApp number, employer or business, role, check-in and survey answers, and messages sent through Glow. Website forms collect name, business, industry, phone and staff count.

Why

To provide Glow (check-ins, pulse surveys, messaging, shift tools), to contact people who ask about Glow, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

Anonymous pulse

Pulse results are shown to employers only as group totals, never linked to an individual.

Health information

Glow Chronic and Glow Care may process health information only with consent, as POPIA allows.

Sharing

Only with service providers that help run Glow (such as WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio and hosting), under contract and security safeguards. Some may process data outside South Africa with adequate protection.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures and keep information only as long as needed.

Your rights
